Joyce Chen is a freelance artist based in Southern California who graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2020 with a BFA in Illustration.

Although she started as a multi-media traditional artist, Joyce currently indulges in the colorful digital world- capturing storytelling, emotional depth, and visual effects in a single image. She draws inspiration from action packed moments in both the real world and animation/games, transforming that energy into striking illustrations.
